bank won't lend the main characters money, because there is no star chef
so they need to find a star chef

the story takes a turn
but they find out, they shouldn't just blindly trust a star chef
they should let the founder shine
the story takes another turn
bank says please cut down expenses on ingredients
so they need to change again
then they find out European ingredients don't suit Japanese customer's taste

so they need to change yet again
